INTERIOR DESIGN

New spaces. The character remains

We transform masia interiors to suit a new way of living, working on layout, materials and comfort without losing their essence.

INTERIOR DESIGN IN MASIAS

Transform the interior
without erasing its history

A masia’s interiors tell the story of how it has been used over time. Its proportions, materials, beams and original elements form part of an identity that deserves to be understood before it is transformed.

We design spaces that respond to current needs, seeking a balance between functionality, comfort and character.

01 · LAYOUT

New ways of living in the space

We adapt interior layouts to create more functional, connected spaces suited to how you want to live in or enjoy the masia.

LAYOUT · SPACES · CIRCULATION · FUNCTIONALITY

02 · KITCHENS

A space designed for sharing

We design and transform kitchens to integrate them into everyday life in the masia, combining functionality, materials and an aesthetic that responds to the existing building.

03 · BATHROOMS

Modern comfort integrated into the masia

We adapt bathrooms to current needs while considering their relationship with the materials, proportions and original elements of the building.

04 · MATERIALS AND JOINERY

Materials that dialogue with what already exists

We select materials, finishes and joinery solutions to renew interiors without disrupting the relationship with the stone, wood and elements that define the masia.

INTERIOR DESIGN AND RESTORATION

A new interior within a building with history

Transforming the interiors does not mean starting from scratch. We adapt the layout, materials and furnishings while preserving the elements that make the masia recognisable, so new and existing become part of the same project.

OUR APPROACH

Designing the interior from what already exists

Before deciding how to transform a space, we understand its proportions, materials, light and the elements that form part of its character.

1

UNDERSTANDThe space that exists.

We analyse its proportions, circulation, light and original elements.

2

TRANSFORMWhat needs to change.

We adapt the layout and spaces to current needs.

3

INTEGRATEThe new with what already exists.

We seek to make materials, installations and new elements coexist with the essence of the masia.

New light for a space with history

RENOVATION AND RESTORATION · INTERIOR DESIGN

A dark, underused roof space is transformed to give it a new function within the masia. The existing structure is retained and natural light is improved to create a more open, habitable space connected to the rest of the home.

RENOVATION AND RESTORATION · INTERIOR DESIGN

The intervention starts with a traditional building that needed to adapt to a modern way of life. We reorganise the spaces, improve their relationships and work on the interiors while respecting the elements that gave the masia its character.
